Duties
- To provide a market driven service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity
- Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve volume and market share targets
- Provide a professional and innovative Sales Service
- Implementation of National and Regional promotions
- Understand and develop consumer insights
- Manage stock rotation and merchandising in outlets
- Initiate relevant beer selling opportunities to grow volume and market share
- Foster close relationships with customer to benefit sales
- Manage market activities and assist in identifying opportunities
- Control budgets and provide reports
- Ensure brand/pack availability
- Implement sales projects and have the ability to track progress and ROI
Requisites
- Grade 12, any post Grade 12 qualification will be an added advantage
- Two years experience in the FMCG industry
- A valid code 08 drivers license
- Namibian citizen
- High energy and drive - ability to work under pressure
- Broad business skills – able to give general advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think analytically
- Good negotiation skills
- Good numerical skills
- Good interpersonal skills – friendly and able to interact with the entire demographic spectrum.
- Mature and streetwise
- Ability to be innovative and be creative
- Good implementation skills
