Jabu is recruiting a Key Account Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The offer is to become JABU’s Key Account Manager, an important leadership role in our team, helping us build partnerships with brands. You will ensure the best customer journey from onboarding to renewal by developing their economic potential, and making them love Jabu even more. You will work closely with all the departments to plan, execute and review the success of Jabu services!
- Performance and revenues:
- Follow the progress and status of Jabu sales for your brands’ product
- Take actions to ensure sales are growing
- Prepare a report on the brands activities and revenues
- Relationships management:
- Create a special connection with your brand's portfolio
- Customize Jabu products and services answer their needs and requirements
- Collect and communicate feedback on our products and services
- Operations:
- Plan, execute and coordinate your brand-linked operations to ensure the success of our partnerships
- Be in permanent contact with all the departments concerned to ensure follow-up, define procedures and set up an efficient organization
- Build your own team to ensure that all necessary implications are managed effectively: procurement, distribution, warehousing, sales and customer service
- Your success metrics:
- Growth of your brands' sales
- Growth of your brands' customer base
- Rate: Ordered VS delivered
- NPS on your portfolio
- Retention rate on your client
Duties
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key brands that bring in the most income for the company
- Addressing and resolving key brands’ complaints
- Acting as the main point of contact between key brands and internal teams
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each key brand
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key brands’ needs are met
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- Developing a thorough understanding of key brands' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Negotiating contracts with key brands and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
Requisites
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field
- Proven experience in key account management in the FMCG industry
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications as well as CRM software
- The ability to build rapport with key clients
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
