Momentum Metropolitan is recruiting an Investment Administrator, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- This job will mainly focus on Client Services and Administration including Reconciliation of Clients accounts and Finance duties
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the cash flow received within the department with regards to client invoice payments
- Draw up and compile the reconciliations of client portfolios against cash, script accounts and bank statements
Check and issue quarterly and monthly client investment reports and statements
- Provide clients reporting on values and unit prices portfolios. Prepare and issue client fee invoices
- Assist with new clients onboarding and all clients with queries relevant to their portfolios
- Assist with process documentation and record keeping
- Resolve client concerns, queries, and complaints
- Compile and submit quarterly compliance reports to the Regulator
- Assist with all adhoc administration within the Collective Investments Manco
Requisites
- Grade 12 with 25 IGCSE points
- Bachelor degree in Accounting and or Financial
- Mathematics/Economics/Investments
- 2-3 years working experience in Financial/Insurance industry specifically asset management,
- Knowledge on laws and legislation applicable to the financial and Investment services industry
- Competencies:
- Must be Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and portray good self-image
- High levels of personal ethics, integrity and emotional maturity
- Good knowledge of networking and reporting
- Able to work well under pressure and independently
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
