FNB is recruiting an Insurance Quality Assurer, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To audit the various operational departments in ensuring that the quality and quantity of the work is up to standard according to the business underwriting and procedures for the specific department
- Responsibilities:
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilization of work related resources
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization
- Optimize work through the application of learning experiences
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Ensure that audits are completed on time and done effectively and accurately
- Identify and utilize opportunities to assess and improve own performance
- Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team
Requisites
- Minimum Qualification – Grade 12
- Experience - 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment
