Wecke & Voigts SuperSpar is recruiting an Imports Assistant Manager (SuperSpar Maerua), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- The role of Imports Assistant Manager is to help oversee the overall function of the department and ensure availability of stock to customers
- Must translate product information to relevant customers in different languages to increase sales and department performance
- Must have strong knowledge of Health Products and special dietary foods
- Imports Assistant Manager is responsible for supplier engagement and orders for imported goods, German Products and Health Products
- Must arrange for cross-border permits and handle all administration as required
Requisites
- Education & Experience:
- Qualification in Retail or Hospitality Industry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Administration at Supervisory level
- In Absence of education:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Administration at Supervisory level
- Literacy:
- Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Excel
- Numeric Literacy: Advanced calculations and proficient in accounting principles
