Namdeb is recruiting a Human Resources Superintendent: OD, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- To co-ordinate and have a holistic approach to Talent Management, Performance Management, Capacity Building and Leadership Development. The incumbent will also be responsible for the revision of development trends, standards, practices, and systems as per areas of responsibility that support the achievement of the Company’s
goals and objectives
Requisites
- B - Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology OR equivalent recognized HR qualification
- HR-related experience, with specialization in Organizational Development with a minimum of 5 years within a
specific field
- Demonstrable competence using advanced Microsoft office with a key focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Understanding SAP HR Modules will be considered an added advantage
- Code 8 Drivers license
- Incorporation of best practices within the Industry and trends within the organization’s effectiveness/ world of work
