FNB Namibia is recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To provide strategic partnership to line by assessing business realities, offering solutions and advising on people investments that deliver performance
Duties
  • Contribute to building a workforce of the future focusing on talent development; organisational change leadership; innovation and learning; and create shared value for the communities in which the business operates
  • Provide leaders and employees with opportunities to enhance the interpretation and application of sound Human Capital policies, processes and practices and provide balanced guidance
  • Implement and embed defined Human Capital strategies, initiatives, programs and solutions through collaboration with Business Unit leaders and specialist Human capital teams to drive people and business outperformance, talent attraction and development
  • Co-ordinate, facilitate and implement customer centric business solutions in the area of accountability and advise appropriately on recommendations and solutions ensuring an integrated approach to problem solving and solutions developed
  • Use technology and data to empower decision making and create future insights for business and the Human Capital service offering
Requisites
  • Have a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology or Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management or Bachelor of Social Science or Bachelor of Arts Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment of which, 1 to 2 years at a junior management level
