Description
- The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resources- related issues and on the administration of training and development programs, performance management and administration of talent management initiatives. The HCBP ormulates partnerships within the organization to act as a champion and change agent to deliver value added service
Duties
- Training and Development Administration
- Job description and job evaluation process
- Performance Management systems
- Talent and Succession Management
- Change Management and organizational Structure
- Maintain and create sound Employee Relations
- Employee Disciplinary, Grievance and Dispute Management
- General Administration and Support
Requisites
- Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management/Planning/Development or Labour Law/Industrial Relations at NQF 7
- 2-year working experience in general HR administration including HR specialization in organizational development/performance management/employee relations
- Certification in Industrial Psychology/Conciliation and Arbitration is an added advantage
- Job Knowledge and Competencies:
- Understand the principles of organization development, performance management, change management and job description writing and evaluation principles and practices
- Good Interpersonal skills with people at all levels
- Good Written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Good Project management and administration skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational, planning and execution skills
- Demonstrate aptitude for learning new technologies
- Ethical conduct and high integrity
- Good understand of the national labour laws
- Understand the comprehensive HR Management process
- Customer Focus
- Able to motivate teams and able to relate meaningfully to the team
- Good Administrative and Organizing skills
