Description

• To manage the Technical Vocational Education and Training Centre (TVETC), capacity building and related services in compliance with the relevant legislation and NamWater policies

Duties

• Manage Training funding requirements
• Manage quality assurance
• Manage Customer and stakeholder relationship
• Financial strategy
• Manage TVET operations
• Manage Training Support Services
• Manage Training Assets & material
• Oversee the design, and implementation of course needs analysis
• Manage compliance with corporate governance and risk and safety legislation
• Promote professional image of the HRDC (TVET Centre)
• Oversee the General Management of HRDC Governance

Requisites

• Minimum Requirements:
• Honors Degree in Commerce/Business Administration/ Equivalent – NQF Level 8
• 10 years Capacity Building/Human Resources Management experience of which 5 years at middle management level
• Driver’s License Code B
