Momentum Metropolitan is recruiting a Head: Group Marketing (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The planning and execution of all marketing, communication, business/market intelligence and stakeholder engagement activities of the group. Managing the end-to-end marketing function by designing, developing, and executing the marketing strategy and related marketing programs and plans, to drive brand awareness that supports the achievement of the business objectives of Momentum Metropolitan and its subsidiaries
Duties
- Designing marketing solutions in line with the needs of the customers and the environment
- Setting and driving the business intelligence and analysis agenda by engaging regularly with stakeholders to determine business inputs and requirements
- Uncovering business opportunities and assisting the business to exploit such opportunities through appropriate marketing strategies
- Managing the communications function of Momentum Metropolitan Namibia
Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or any relevant business-related disciplines
- An MBA or any Post-graduate business related qualification will serve as an added advantage
- Competencies:
- 8-10 years senior leadership working experience in Communication, Business Intelligence, Market Research, Marketing or Brand Management within a Financial Services/Insurance environment
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Strategies
- Experience in Corporate Brand Promotion and Product Marketing campaigns
- Experience in supporting various businesses/business units within a Group of Companies
- Experience in Market/Business Intelligence and Media Relationship Management
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility management
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent Communication skills
