Description
- To develop the technology capabilities, systems, processes, practices and from that guiding framework in the following areas anchored in technology long-term objectives and integrity assurance:
- Strategic Technology related research and development
- Technology integrated business project management
- ICT Governance, risk, and compliance
- Enterprise Architecture
- Digital Transformation
- Systems Based Revenue Generation
Duties
- Strategy, R&D and Enterprise Architecture Processes, Procedures & Control (informing
Policies & Procedures)
- Technology Strategy Development & Coordination Effectiveness (incl. Budget & Financial Management – department and overall strategy related)
- NamPost Enterprise Architecture
- Technology Research & Development
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationships Development
- Human Resources Development & Management
- Technology Business Projects Management (BPM) System and Effectiveness
- Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance Management
- Digitization
- ICT Revenue Generation Optimization
Requisites
- A four (4) year Degree (BSc or BTech) in Computer Science or Information Technology. Eight (8) years’ industry experience of which five (5) years must be at management level
- Experience in a technical role within the financial services, telecommunication, postal, retail, banking or logistics environment will be an advantage
- Certification in Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance and Cyber/security, COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, CGEIT, CISA, CRISC, CISSP or CISM will be an advantage
