O&L Leisure is recruiting a General Manager Operations (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To own, lead, direct and implement the 2025 Breakthrough strategic and operational plan for all O&L Leisure hotels and lodges including the execution, evaluation and controlling of such plans contributing to the unique, unforgettable guest experience. The position will oversee the operational management of all O&L property hotels and lodges as well as central office functions linked to operations
Duties
- Lead the Formulation, execution, and evaluation of Operational Strategies in line with the group purpose, strategy, and values as well as O&L Leisure vision, mission, and objectives
- Lead, support, report and ensure compliance to all Efficiency Ratios in line with budget for each property
- Ensure compliance to all Quality and Guest Experience Standards as defined for each property
- Ensure conformity/compliance to risk enterprise, security, occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management System requirements
Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- 10 years’ experience in a Senior Management role at 4 or 5 star hotel or lodge
- International Hotel Experience will be an added advantage
