Namibia Breweries is recruiting a Finance Administration Assistant (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To perform administrative and secretarial functions for the Finance Director and provide administrative support to the entire Admin & Finance Division to ensure smooth running of the whole Admin & Finance Department Functions
Duties
  • Administer and order consumables/materials for the entire Admin & Finance Division
  • Perform administrative and secretarial tasks for the Admin & Finance Division
  • Manage both hard copy and electronic record keeping systems
  • Create purchase requisitions on SAP
  • Arrange travel for international and domestic engagements
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
  • Organize social and corporate functions
  • Compile monthly reports
  • Perform general administration and ad hoc duties
Requisites
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Minimum of 2-3 years secretarial/administrative experience
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency)
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Verbal & Written communication
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Numerical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Planning and organizing
