Bokomo is recruiting a Filling Clerk, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The Filing Clerk will be responsible for the final process ensuring all documentation with regards to shipments, PO’s and invoices
- All documents to be verified with a list, scanned and filing in a prescribed order
Duties
- Record keeping of all shipments, invoices and PO’s
- Responsible for dealing with all requests to access files
- Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
- Monitor inventory of files, paper clips etc. and report shortages
- Responsible but not limited to receive and verify that all shipments, invoices and all relevant documentation is complete and attached to shipment
- Sort all documentation according to SOP’s, Debtors and date
- Execute all other legal and reasonable duties as directed by the employer
Requisites
- Grade 12
- Two years’ experience in the field
- Must be result driven with planning and organizing skills
- Must have disciplined approach
- Good interpersonal relations
