Description
- To ensure the entire product offering is marketed through multiple channels to drive sales growth and profit in terms of the marketing plan
Duties
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
- Source and grow clients by partnering with Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers other stakeholders to attain Trust Services business
- Drive an increase in income on Corporate Trustee growth by obtaining Trust Administration fees
- Manage executer fees income from deceased estates
- Manage Fiduciary areas to increase time base fees
- Source and grow high net-worth clients by partnering with Relationship Manager, Wealth Managers and other internal stakeholders to attain Trust Services business
- Identify new business opportunities by marketing general power of Estate Business and Offshore Fiduciary referrals
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets
- Market and sell Estate Plans, putting in recommendation as per the client’s interest and needs
- Ensure smooth estate administration to increase the VSI by identifying services products that the clients will require
- Provide Training, Presentations to other business units to increase awareness of our offering and products, value propositions
- Manage end to end processes effectively and ensure legality checks are completed as per the company policy
Requisites
- Minimum Requirement : Degree in LLB, BCom (Financial Planning), BCom (Accounting)
- Experience : Minimum 3 years estate planning experience
