Description
- To perform secretarial duties arranges and coordinates events and travelling
Duties
- Manage and coordinate administrative and diary planning of the Commercial Executive’s Office
- Prioritise, and draft correspondence and documentation including minutes agendas meeting actions and project notes
- Co-ordinate small projects
- Provide a full range of administration support to the Executive
- Plan and coordinate workflow and productivity
- Co-ordinate stakeholder engagements
Requisites
- Have a Advanced certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related qualification
- Have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment
