Agra is recruiting an Estate Agent, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The successful incumbent will be based at Corporate Office
Dutie
- Marketing, listing and selling of all properties
- Promote sales of properties on all media platforms
- Accompany prospective buyers during visits to inspection of property
- Preparation of documents; representation contracts, purchase/ lease agreements etc
- Co-ordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters
- Obtain waivers for farms
- Networking with financial institutions to obtain financing for clients
Requisites
- Namibian citizenship
- Registration with the Namibia Estate Agent Board (strict requirement)
- 3-5 years of industry experience is required
- Qualification as a Valuer of Property will serve as a distinct advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural property market
- Computer literacy (Microsoft package and basic Enterprise Resource Planning skills)
- Proficient in English
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout Namibia
