Capricorn Group is recruiting a Document Administrator (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Responsible for archiving, administration, listing and compiling client records. Further responsible for Cession management, System update verification, and Digital platform registrations and maintenance
Duties
- Responsible for maintaining of all archived documents at The Document Warehouse or any other document archive vendor, as per the latest SLA
- Ensure that all EDD and CDD documents are obtained when clients are onboarded.
- Action and scrutiny of CAM administration reports
- Noting, verifying, and updating of cessions on Silica and confirming with the applicable Financial Institution
- Loading, amending, cancellations, and overall administration of Cessions Administration of Money and Capital
- Market instruments and client record keeping thereof
- Verifying and checking the correctness of data saved with The Document Warehouse or any other document archive vendor
- General maintenance of data quality and correctness of client data on the Silica LOB system
- Primarily responsible for assisting and onboarding clients on Digital platforms and system-based management tools/solutions
- Primarily responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating archiving, listing, and compiling client records
- Ad Hoc:
- Assist with capturing/processing of all deposit, withdrawal, switch, transfer, and diarized transactions
- Assist in the accuracy of all transactions processed, understanding the impact on clients’ holdings
- Assist with walk-in clients for withdrawals and deposits at CAM’s business premises
- Understand output from systems relevant to clients’ holdings/statements
