  • To develop, execute and support digital marketing and advertising strategic initiatives, in line with the entities’ needs, as well as drive content creation and management to enhance our brand purpose

Duties
  • Digital Marketing
  • Crafting, co-creating and executing digital strategies on behalf of the Bank Windhoek and Capricorn Private Wealth brands, and entails the drafting, briefing, implementing and measuring, using relevant metrics, of a digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the relevant teams
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Briefing and execution of social media marketing and providing reporting on the effectiveness of these efforts
  • Digital Support: Annual Marketing Campaigns
  • Liaising with the Brand team and other internal and external stakeholders to meet annual marketing campaign and business objectives according to the annual MCCS Marketing Calendar
  • Digital Advertising
  • Liaising with internal/external clients and the Creative Team, to craft digital advertising drives, adhoc projects and campaigns outside of annual marketing campaigns in order to support business objectives
  • Direct Communications
  • Responsibility of managing the direct communications channels for Bank Windhoek and Capricorn Private Wealth
  • Content Management
  • Content management on digital channels for internal or external audience consumption
Requisites
  • Experience/Knowledge & Skills
  • Specific knowledge and experience related to digital strategy, project management, and client liaison and knowledge of internal and external audiences.

  •     Social Media and Direct Communication Marketing

  • Language Proficiency
  • Adequate knowledge of the systems and procedures that apply to the post to carry out tasks efficiently
  • Qualification

  • Three years diploma or degree in a Communications related field
  • A minimum of 2 years field related experience
