Jabu is recruiting a Customer Service Manager (m/f), to be based in Rundu, Namibia.
Duties
- Process inbound phone and WhatsApp orders, as well as process orders that have come in via the e-commerce platform
- Follow up on any cancelled orders and recover customer orders
- Familiar with all products available and in stock
- Setting individual order targets with the team
- Work cross-functionally with the sales department to push promotions and increase customer basket size
- Promoting the organization and products
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT Literacy
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead a sales team
- Knowledge of Hubspot Sales or Salesforce softwares is a plus
