Wecke & Voigts is recruiting a Customer Liaison, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- The Role of the Customer Liaison is to proactively generate revenue sales and provide high quality sales management
- Assist in the delivery of a business critical service to ensure that customers’ expectations are exceeded and manage all additional
contacts
- Develop a framework for serving customers and measuring the success thereof which aligns with the company’s strategy
- Customer Liaison must continuously monitor customer commitments, appointments and ensure all confirmed work orders are analyzed to verify correct completion
- Reviewing of company norms, processes, and goals to maintain knowledge
- Detecting opportunities for meaningful collaboration within and across industries aligned with the company’s strategic objective
Duties
- Queries, Concerns and Customer Complaints
- Communication Between Customers and Company
- Customer Service Training and Development Initiatives
- Release & Checking of Items
- Oversee All Orders, Quotations and Invoicing to Suppliers/Customers
- Facilitation and Coordination of Information between Departments
- Customer Relationship Management
- Employee Performance Reviews
- Company Policy and Procedures
Requisites
- Education & Experience:
- Grade 12
- 2 Years experience in customer service and similar role
- 2 Years’ experience in retail industry
- Literacy:
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and resolve issues in a positive manner
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Numeric Literacy: Performs more advanced calculations and is proficient in accounting principles and able to understand and interpret figures
