CENORED is recruiting a Credit & Customer Care Clerk (m/f), to be based in Khorixas, Namibia.
Duties
- The incumbent report directly to the assigned Credit & Customer Care Officer and indirectly to the Senior Commercial Officer
- Key Performance Areas, Amongst Others:
- Administration of debtors control systems
- Assist with invoicing and responsible for debt collection
- Follow up on client queries and bad debt accounts
- Maintain cash control, i.e. cashier, banking and petty cash
- Supervision of the office and subordinate(s)
- Handle customer queries and concerns
- Facilitate opening/closing of accounts
- Responsible for the mini-store and cable yard
Requisites
- Grade 12, 20 points in five subjects with Accounting and/or Mathematics
- Diploma in Accounting/Business Management, or any relevant equivalent qualification
on NQF Level 6
- Minimum two years debtors’ control and management experience
- Excellent customer service acumen and communication skills
- Computer literacy skills (Word, Email & Excel)
- Strong administrative and supervisory skills
- Interpersonal skills to engage easily across various departments
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Knowledge of SAP and Pre-paid management programme is added advantage
- English and proficiency in one local language will be an advantage
