Corporate Transactional Banking Manager (m/f)

RMB is recruiting a Corporate Transactional Banking Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
  • To manage stakeholders’ relationship, for all Transactional banking products used by RMB clients and RMB owned Transactional solutions used by FNB Commercial clients. To manage the returns of these products
  • Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including clients and product houses
  • Develop and implement an accurate and reliable revenue collection
  • Financial analytics and understanding of client/product behavior to make a contribution to strategy and budgeting process
  • Knowledge of legislative directives from the Regulators that impact Corporate Banking
  • Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives
  • Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
  • Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
  • Manages risks in own area of responsibility
  • Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
  • Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
  • Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
Requisites
  • Minimum Qualification - Related Post Graduate Degree
  • Experience - 5 to 8 relative years’ experience in similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years should be a Management level
  • Additional Knowledge - Excellent understanding of Transactional banking products typically used byCorporate businesses
