Nedbank is recruiting a Controller:Vendor & Contract Management, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To provide superior client service through regulated processes and procedures and deliver team results through enabling others
Duties
- Manage Supplier on-boarding and offboarding – assist Business to obtain required documentation, Supplier validation on Ariba system, all other Administrative functions on Ariba
- Administer end to end Supplier management – Contracts, Risk Management, Performance Management Business owner engagement and reporting
- Administer lease agreements as per SOP – Lessor and other stakeholder (Legal) engagements, fee negotiating, reporting. Lease activation on SAP system
- Administer other Supplier documentation and upkeep document management system
- Management of and minute-taking for Vendor and Procurement Management Committee, and BID 34 Steerco
- Administer insurance claims w.r.t. procurement
- Submit required accurate reports on time – Vendor Management, Leases, Risk related
- Assist with Tender process administration
- Assist with Supplier Risk Management w.r.t. ERM engagements and compliance
- Any ad hoc duties as per business requirement
- Administer internal staff parking – Agreements and allocation
Requisites
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 (25 points), Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum Experience Level
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Administration field
- Excellent Computer skills on MS Office
- Legal / Contract Management would be an added advantage
- Document Management system(M-Files) and processes would be an added advantage
- ARIBA/SAP skills will be an added advantage
