Old Mutual is recruiting a Client Service Consultant (m/f), to be based in Keetmanshoop, Namibia.
Duties
- Providing quality service and client care
- Providing product and portfolio information to Customers
- Processing benefit payments
- Handling all general queries
- Administering client information
- Performing general office functions
- Retain business and generation of sales leads
Requisites
- Namibian Citizenship
- Grade 12 with a minimum with 25 points
- A tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Approximately 1 – 2 years customer service experience
- Must be multi-skilled in both Individual Life and Group Schemes systems and products
- Experience in the local vernacular will be an added benefit
- Ability to listen and integrate information
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Well organized and attention to detail
- Excellent Client-Care skills
- Computer literate - Ms Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
- Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image
- Self-starter
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
