Description
- We are looking for a Client Services Consultant to established positive client relationships through efficient customer service assistance
- Their responsibilities mainly revolve around interacting with clients face to face to identify their needs
- The successful candidate must be able to accept ownership for effectively resolve customer queries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision
Duties
- Providing quality service and client care
- Providing product and portfolio information to Customers
- Processing benefit payments
- Handling all general queries
- Administering client information
- Performing general office functions
- Retain business and generation of sales leads
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts
- Apply company rules and processes that governs our business
- Living the company values
Requisites
- Namibian Citizenship
- Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points
- A tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Approximately 1 – 2 years customer service experience
- Experience in the local vernacular will be an added benefit
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Customer focus with excellent Client Care skills
- Well organized and attention to detail
- Computer literate - Ms Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
