Sanlam is recruiting a Client Service Advisor, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To provide excellent customer service as well as effective administrative support to the clients of Sanlam Namibia Unit Trust
Duties
  • Processing of repurchases instructions daily on AWD System
  • Manual screening of repurchases instructions prior to processing
  • Static update of the client information/ data that have changed
  • Capturing/ processing of switches instructions daily
  • DRA tool high risk rating changes
  • Data Governance - clean up of incorrect captured data
Requisites
  • Qualification and Experience:
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
  • Prior working experience in client service administration will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Customer Service
  • Administration
  • Quality, compliance and accreditation
  • Team support
  • Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written). An additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
