Sanlam is recruiting a Client Service Advisor, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Ensures that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner and provides a high level of service to promote the organisation's products and services
- The incumbent has basic product knowledge and may be responsible for marketing the organisation’s products and cross-selling them in an effective manner
- The incumbent may provide the service internally or externally
Duties
- Handling of client enquiries effectively and timeously within the service level agreement
- The promotion of the Sanlam brand through outstanding client service
- Effective administration of workflow
- Processing of claims and maintenance policies
- Assisting ELM agents and brokers effectively with their queries telephonically and walk in
- Complete sound and professional communication
- Must be able to handle difficult queries and takes ownership of the query at hand
- Must be able to multitasks as ad-hoc duties will be added time to time
- Meet rules of compliance
- Have a high Concern for accuracy
Requisites
- Qualification and Experience:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Minimum 3-year relevant experience in a client service environment
- Experience in the life insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Absolute proficiency in English
- One local language will be an added advantage
