Agra is recruiting a Clerk: Branch Administration (m/f), to be based in Otavi, Namibia.
Duties
- The successful incumbent will be stationed in Otavi, reporting to the Manager: Otavi Branch
- Principal Accountabilities:
- Generating reports and general office administration
- Accurate banking, cheque requisitions and managing the petty
cash account
- Assistant branch personnel with packing and merchandising, as well
as co-ordinating packing materials
- Tending to queries and quotations of internal and external customers as and when required
- Effective management of the debtor list and identifying fraudulent
transactions
- Controlling internal expenses and stationary stock levels
- Controlling all administration pertaining to relevant security
logistics
- Collecting cashier takings daily at dedicated intervals and supporting
cashiers to perform their duties competently
- Ordering of ear tags
- Taking part in all cycle counts and stock takes
Requisites
- Namibian Citizenship
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in English
- Detail oriented
- Punctual and reliable nature
- Good interpersonal and numerical skills
