Bokomo is recruiting a Clerk: Back Flush, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Reporting to the Manager: Mill Packing
Duties
- Perform the physical backflush of stock packed that includes but is not limited to, the verification of the stock on the floor from the backflush sheet, inspection of stock for damages and correct labelling of products
- Correct completion of documentation for the purpose of traceability and audits performed i.e. date coding, labelling
- Responsible for CHEP Pallet recon
- Conducts daily stock controls: count, record and report finished products levels
- Responsible for uploading of finished product on SAP
- Carrying out stock-takes upon request and operational requirements
- Employee is required to perform housekeeping duties as per the Healthy and Safety regulations
- Responsible for accurate and proper record keeping of documentation and to achieve high performance standards
- Assist colleagues wherever possible in line with the company leadership model
- Responsible for doing the Time and Attendance of the employees weekly
- Responsible for completion of overtime forms and transport request forms
- Responsible for completion of daily rework reports and packing plan allocation
- Responsible for ordering of labels
- Responsible for ensuring that packing targets are reached when doing weekend duties
Requisites
- At least grade 12 with at least two years FMCG experience in Admin
- Must be able to communicate in English (Read, Speak and Write)
- Be prepared to work odd hours, public holidays and overtime when required
- Be prepared to work shifts
