- To provide support to the business and clients (internal and external) on Integrated Products and Solutions
Duties
- Provide support to the business and clients (internal and external) on Integrated Products and Solutions
- Building and maintaining a relationship with electronic solutions customers and be responsible for the retention of these customers and coordinate the resolutions of customer queries and escalation from support desks – T2, T3 & T4 escalations on SNOW and the production support as well as be responsible for the FTP statement project on OBE & Host to Host
- Continuously focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrate product knowledge and be able to provide technically accurate advise to clients and provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options
- Demonstrate a full understanding of customer needs to deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
Requisites
- A minimum Qualification - Degree BComm or Bsc
- 2 – 3 Years experience in a similar environment
- Technical Introduction to IBM WebSphere MQ Training,
- Project Management Fundamentals
- Presentation Skills
- PC Technology (A+)
- Network Technology (N+)
- Knowledge of Integration
Knowledge of Application Programming Interface
- Knowledge of AOP (Unassisted on Platform)
