FNB Namibia is recruiting a Channel Enablement Specialist, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • To provide support to the business and clients (internal and external) on Integrated Products and Solutions
Duties
  • Provide support to the business and clients (internal and external) on Integrated Products and Solutions
  • Building and maintaining a relationship with electronic solutions customers and be responsible for the retention of these customers and coordinate the resolutions of customer queries and escalation from support desks – T2, T3 & T4 escalations on SNOW and the production support as well as be responsible for the FTP statement project on OBE & Host to Host
  • Continuously focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and be able to provide technically accurate advise to clients and provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of customer needs to deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
Requisites
  • A minimum Qualification - Degree BComm or Bsc
  • 2 – 3 Years experience in a similar environment
  • Technical Introduction to IBM WebSphere MQ Training,
  • Project Management Fundamentals
  • Presentation Skills
  • PC Technology (A+)
  • Network Technology (N+)
  • Knowledge of Integration Knowledge of Application Programming Interface
  • Knowledge of AOP (Unassisted on Platform)
