FNB Namibia is recruiting a Business Banking SME and Mid touch Head, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Manage a sub-segment in accordance with principles policies frameworks and company strategy
- To formulate and position multiple growth management value chains, operating models and frameworks in alignment to the overall Segment strategy in order to position and enable horizontal collaboration, implementation and adoption
- To manage the profitable and sustainable growth of the sub-segment for all products across all channels with specific focus on VSI, give strategic direction and ensure execution of the FNB Value proposition to its existing and future client base
Duties
- Strengthen client relationships through proactively designing client value proposition that address client needs
- Establish strategy to align and manage budget targets and strategic goals for the Sub-Segment, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
- Manager the growth of active customer account base within area of responsibility to increase client base across all products (transact, lend, insure, invest)
- Transact Sub-Segment strategies analysis of transactional and customer data to provide insight into pricing strategies and use the insights gained through integrated business reports to measure success and realign tactical strategy implementation objectives appropriately
- Lending Sub-Segment strategies analysis of customer data to provide insight into pricing strategies and use the insights gained through integrated business reports to measure success and realign tactical strategy implementation objectives appropriately for business growth
- Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders in order to achieve productivity synergies and maximise the Business Banking Portfolio growth opportunities
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide of advice to relevant stakeholders, maintain up to date knowledge of local and global trends. Provide thought leadership and expertise
Requisites
- Have a Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Commerce or relevant qualification.
- Have 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 3 years ideally at senior management level
