Description
- The Brand Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s brand identity and marketing strategies
- This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in brand management, creative content development, and campaign execution
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand message is consistent, compelling, and effectively reaches our target audience
- The ideal candidate possesses a creative mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of marketing principles
Duties
- Execute the organization’s brand strategy in line with business objectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring campaigns to life
- Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates
- Manage content calendars and distribution
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms
- Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and departments to align marketing efforts with the overall business goals
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal standards

- Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing preferred
- A qualification in Marketing will also be considered
- A thorough understanding of current and future marketing trends and direction
- Minimum 3 years’ brand and digital marketing experience ideally within the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, social media, and analytics
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and run multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and brand management
- Proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment and ability to keep internal and external stakeholders informed
- Respectful and empathetic approach, matched with the ability to get the job done
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Code B)
- Namibian Citizenship
