Namibia Dairies recruiting a Brand Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- To Design, develop, and implement an Annual Brands Portfolio in line with the organization’s brand growth objectives and strategic intent & ensure effective execution of the Brands Strategy in line with the strategic growth objectives of the company
Duties
- Identify priority action areas from the ND marketing for execution in line with business strategic plans & ensure key focus areas are executed and implemented.
- Develop and implement annual brand plans in line with the organization’s brand growth objectives and strategic intent
- Review the brand portfolio to ensure business sustainability
- Leading qualitative and quantitative research, draw relevant conclusions, and leverage market insights/findings
- Account for and lead brand project executions – including brand renovations, national consumer promotions, and new product launches
- Develop, lead, and report on the Digital Marketing strategy and campaigns and ensure brand social media presence across all digital platforms is maintained for all brands within his/her area of responsibility
- Actively own and drive target profitabilies, volumes, and brand investment variances of budget vs actual for all brands within area of responsibility
- Keep abreast of dairy and beverage industry trends through research and engagement
- Prepare and submit monthly brand reports on time according to agreed format
- Manage relevant brand cost centers effectively
Requisites
- Post-Graduate diploma or Degree in Marketing
- 5-8 years relevant experience in Brand Management
- Project management experience, with an understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Preferred/Advantageous:
- FMCG-specific experience
