Agra is recruiting a Buyer, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • The successful incumbent will be based in Outjo
Duties
  • Takes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of branch management
  • Accountable for sales, gross profit and net profit
  • Responsible for management of stock: availability, short and excess stock
  • Controls costs (general expenses)
  • Manages clients and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Ensures effective and efficient people management and development
  • Responsible for the branch & fuel station (shopping experience, facility management etc.)
  • Minimises debtors’ days outstanding
  • Effectively manages specials and promotions
Requisites
  • Namibian citizenship
  • A Grade 12 Certificate
  • A business related degree will be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • A valid driver’s license
