FNB Namibia is recruiting a Branch Manager, to be based in Swakopmund, Namibia.
Description
- To direct and manage the Branch resources, including employee development, in line with he Banks short- and long-term plan, policies and values with a view to generate the highest return on capital employed, promoting customer loyalty by providing a superior customer experience (service) and identifying and promoting new business to ensure growth (sales) without incurring unmanageable risks
Duties
- Manage risks in own area of responsibility
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Grow branch profitability through advances, liabilities, assets and non-interest revenue
- Retain and grow the active customer account base through sales support efficiencies
- Manage and oversee full branch business process in accordance to FNB Namibia Points of Presence strategic deliverables to continuously improve quality and service delivery
Requisites
- Have a Degree in Banking or Finance
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment of which, 2 to 3 years at a junior management level
