Agra is recruiting a Branch Manager, to be based in Otjiwarongo, Namibia.
Description
- The successful incumbent will be based in Otjiwarongo and report to the Operational Manager: Retail & Wholesale
Duties
- Takes ultimate responsibility for all aspects of branch management
- Accountable for sales, gross profit and net profit
- Responsible for management of stock: availability, short and excess stock
- Controls costs (general expenses)
- Manages clients and ensures customer satisfaction
- Ensures effective and efficient people management and development
- Responsible for the branch & fuel station (shopping experience, facility management etc.)
- Minimises debtors’ days outstanding
- Effectively manages specials and promotions
Requisites
- Qualifications & Attributes:
- Namibian citizenship
- A Grade 12 Certificate
- A business related degree will be an advantage
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- A valid driver’s license
