Blockman (SuperSpar)

Duties

• Main responsibility is to cut all meat to prescribed and required cuts ensuring minimum wastage and maximum quality according to block test
• Minimize loss risk and ensuring optimum functioning within area of responsibility
• Identify and minimize risks and ensure optimum capacity and functioning. Adhere to general health and safety, cleaning, and dress code regulations

Requisites

• Education & Experience:
• Grade 12 (NQF 4)
• Computer Literate
• 3 years as butchery assistant
• Literacy:
• Good English comprehension (speak, write, read)
• Basic numeracy and skills and calculations
