Description
- As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner
- Share and collaborate effectively with others
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
- Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly
- Follow risk management and compliance procedures
- Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce
- Build and maintain an internal and external network

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Duties
- Consult on remuneration and benefits, remuneration benchmarking and pay & performance structuring
- Conduct remuneration and benefits surveys
- Assist with consultation on HR strategy & policies, performance management.
- Assist with drafting job description, job evaluations and grading
- Assist with employee tax and regulatory compliance processes
- Provide project management support to the team
- Assist with any other related ad-hoc requests from Partner and Manager
Requisites
- Must be a Namibian Citizen
- Must have grade 12/applicable diploma with 1 to 2 years’ experience in the human resources discipline
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google Suite
- Human Resources consulting background
- Basic HR strategic planning knowledge
- Willing to learn and take on challenges
- Good work ethic and ability to produce quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to consult & engage with HR and related stakeholders
- Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to deal with pressurized and stressful environment
- Good time management and organizing skills
- Ability to work with teams and some project management skills
