NTA is recruiting an Asset Management and Maintenance Coordinator (m/f), to be based in Katima Mulilo, Namibia.
Description
- Reporting to: Head of Finance and Administration
- Purpose: Responsible for the overall coordination of Asset Management and Maintenance at the VTC
Duties
- Key Performance Areas:
- Asset Management
- Maintenance
- Fleet Management
- Safety and Security
- Project Management
- Staff Management
Requisites
- Qualifications and Experience:
- A National Diploma in Logistic and Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution) (NQF Level 6)
- Three (3) years’ relevant experience of which one (1) year supervisory experience in (Asset Management and Maintenance)
- Accounting Background will be an added advantage
- Other Competencies:
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Supervisory skills
- Report writing skills
- Knowledge of Asset Register
- Knowledge of GP and Pastel
- Other Requirement: Driver’s Licence
