Sanlam is recruiting an Affluent Distribution & Administrative Support (m/f), in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- The successful incumbent will provide effective and efficient support and office administration to the Affluent Sales team of Sanlam
- Main duties and responsibilities
- Administer contracting, alterations and resignations of advisors and brokers
- Facilitate the transfers of advisors and brokers among branches
- Accounting and administration of marketing transactions
- Facilitate financing for advisors and brokers during cut off
- Handle queries and orders of promotional gifts
- Facilitate cheque payments to advisors and brokers
- Bonus pays outs- Blue Star, Eagle, Vesting etc
- Payments for medical aids, vouchers, advisor competitions
- Travel requirements for advisors and managers
- Handle deductions of advisors
- Monthly updating of the headcounts lists
- Handle all the Blue Star requirements- appointments, resignations, etc.
- Administer broker/advisor take overs
Requisites
- Grade 12
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in the long term insurance industry will be an added advantage
