Bokomo is recruiting an Administrator: Key Accounts, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
- Reporting to the Country Manager: Pioneer Foods and Simba, the Administrator Key Accounts will be responsible for administration and support in line with agreed Key Account and sales objectives
Duties
- Support the implementation of trading terms and space purchase in line with commercial objectives
- Ensure and execute effective deal, rebate and growth incentive administration, loading and communication for the principal as agreed
- Responsible for the principal with sales price administration, deals and maintenance of customer pricing masters
- Responsible for product catalogues and launches, de-listing and master data changes for the principal as agreed
- Support the maintenance of all Pioneer Foods product catalogues
- Responsible for administrative follow up on Key Account sales, pamphlet review, EDLP management and general product pricing and ranging
- Achieve planned volume sales budget and scheduled projects
- Prepare and communicate consolidated and easy to use of promotional and gondola end grid for implementation by the Field Sales force
- Responsible for PepsiCo price monitoring and feedback
- Compile, analyse and interpret monthly Key Account reports and feed into sales execution strategy
Requisites
- Certificate or Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Sales
- At least three (3) years’ experience in Key Account or Sales
- Administration in the FMCG environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literate
- SAP experience required
