Agra is recruiting an Administrator: Goods Ordering (Windhoek), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- The successful incumbent will be based in Windhoek and report to the Branch Manager
- Principal Accountabilities:
- Planning and forecasting of stock
- Ordering of stock as per reordering schedule, or special circumstances/requests
- Managing price changes
- Offering product advice to customers and staff members
- Management of promotions and specials
- All related administration of stock (e.g.GOB process, correct prices,
transport costs and mark-ups)
- Creating quotations/orders as per customer requests
- Proactively assists in the management of stock losses
- Conducts and assists in cycle counts
Requisites
- Qualifications & Attributes:
- Namibian citizenship
- A Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years retail related experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in English
- Must be computer literate (MS Office package with specific regard to MS Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
