Bokomo is recruiting an Administrator, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • The Administrator: Factory Shop will be responsible for planning, monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of finished goods to ensure consistent levels are on hand to satisfy customer demand in the Factory Shop
Duties
  • Validate all documents, including but not limited to claims, invoices and GRV’s as per SAP
  • Responsible to generate credit notes for claims and damages
  • Ensure accurate daily cash-ups
  • Maintain QDVP5 Standards in the Factory Shop
  • Develop a positive and cooperative working relationship with customers
  • Administer all required staff shop duties including stock taking as and when required
Requisites
  • Valid Grade 12
  • Two years’ experience in Sales Administration in the FMCG environment
  • Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft office and e-mails
  • Must be result driven with planning and organizing skills
  • Must have a disciplined approach
  • Good interpersonal relations
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage
