FNB Namibia is recruiting an Administrator, to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Description
  • Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area
Duties
  • Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation
  • Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
  • Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
  • Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
Requisites
  • A pass in Grade 12
  • 2 – 4 years relevant work experience in similar environment
  • Experience with Hogan (Banking Experience)
  • Ability to work without any supervision
  • Computer literacy (word, excel, e-mail)
  • Good planning, Organizing skills
  • Diploma in Criminal Justice & Forensic Investigations or related qualifications, an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Criminal Procedure Act, Money Laundering act will be a definite advantage
  • Exhibit integrity in dealing with confidential information
