Sanlam is recruiting an Administration Specialist (Affluent Sales Support) (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
- The main purpose of the position is to provide after sales service support to the Brokers and Financial Advisors.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capture, process and authorise policy amendments
- Handling of intermediary enquiries and requests professionally and in a timely manner
- Provide excellent after sales service to brokers and financial advisors
- Any administrative support as requires by management
- Effective administrating of workflow process and arrangements
- Detection, reporting and follow-up on system and process-related matters
- Process and finalize instructions and queries within service level agreement
Requisites
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification in the relevant field will be an added advantage
- 2 to 3 years related experience
- Experience in the long term insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Additional Requirement:
- A further tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
- Long term insurance industry and/or after-sales service will be an added advantage
