Engen is recruiting an Administration Clerk (m/f), to be based in Keetmanshoop, Namibia.
Duties
Purpose of the Job
- Provide efficient control of vendor documentation submitted to expedite payment of vendors and provide operating and capital expense, data capture and general administrative support to accounts department
Job Responsibilities
- Petty cash funds secured, reconciliations done and accounted for
- Orders dispatched on time and inline with customer's SLA
- Effective liaison with transporters
- General Office Administration
- Daily and monthly management reporting
- Comply with Health and Safety requirements in the depot
Requisites
- Must have Grade 12 with 25 points
- Minimum 2 years Product and Depot Operations experience
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supply chain environment
