- Responsible for effective and efficient execution of back office routine administration
Duties
- Routine Administration:
- Responsible for effective and efficient execution and control of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Service Delivery:
- Provide excellent and timeous service to relevant internal stakeholders in order to optimize service delivery to external clients
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer such opportunities and leads to the correct person or department involved
- Operational Risk:
- Responsible for effective and efficient execution/application of all back office routine administrative activities in compliance with the Bank’s internal processes and procedures, operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk
Requisites
- Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration
- Strong computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organising skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Qualification:
- A qualification in the Commercial field
