Problem sending an application via e-mail
If after submitting your application via email you receive an automatic responses indicating that an error has occurred. The problem can be due to the the following reasons: Recipient's mailbox exceeded the available space limit The recipient's email server is congested due to the large number of applications Email address is incorrect In order to solve the issue you can try one of the following: Try to reduce the size of documents attached to the e-mail (CV, References, Certificates, etc.) and try sending again Let the employer know about the issue via phone and try to find an alternate email address Let us know about the issue via our email address (info@working.co.na) or use the error report form that is on the vacancy and include your email address so we can respond back to you

If you want to change your Password or forgot it then do the following steps to regain access to your Account. 1) Access the Candidate login page by clicking on the "Candidates" button (highlighted red on the image below) on the top-right side of your screen. 2) On the Candidate login page, click the "Forgot password?" link (highlighted red on the image below). 3) Insert the email address you used when you created your Account and press the "Recover Password" button (highlighted red on the image below). 4) Check your email inbox, open the "Password Recovery" email from working.co.na, and follow the instructions to choose your new Password and access your Account. 5) Visit www.working.co.na/candidate and use your new password to access your account.
