Namib Mills is recruiting a Trade Sales Manager (m/f), to be based in Windhoek, Namibia.
Duties
Primary Purpose Of The Position
- Responsible for effective client relations and administration as well as assisting the Key Accounts reaching sales targets
Key Functions And Responsibilities
- Evaluate progress of sales & work pro-actively to ensure that the sales targets are met.
Keep statistics on all sales (product range, volumes sold per unit) per Sales Consultant area & per account
- Controls weekly planners by revising sales reports & provides required feedback
- Motivation of the sales team & ensures that appropriate events are arranged
- Coordinates all relevant actions between Marketing and Sales & assists the sales team with counteracting competitor’s actions
- Ensure efficient relationship building with Key Accounts & their customers & address issues that may arise timeously
- Coordinate the development of the sales team & ensure that the team meet their sales targets
Requisites
- Grade 12 (NQF4) with at least ten (10) years’ relevant experience in FMCG
- Must have strong financial analytic skills
- Namibian citizen
- Valid Namibian driver’s license
- Must be proficient in English
- Excellent Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be willing to travel and work extensive hours
